Emigrated to the US from Sweden in 1970. Citizen since 1986. I'm a mother of three, a grandmother to two.
Conduct meditation groups, with the goal to relax and visualize healing , is also part of self-care.
I paint, write, and teach. I've traveled extensively and love diverse cultures, nature and animals.
In the 1970ties I was fortunate to work with the Oglala Sioux in SD, being introduced to sacred rituals.
During the last ten years I have published a children's book, a small inspirational one, and a mandala handbook. Creating jewelry, reading, studying, writing a journal, and being in Nature are my fun activities.
