With the exception of caregivers who have earned the nationally-recognized Personal Care and Support Credential of the National Domestic Workers Alliance, which our organization can administer, NMCC neither endorses nor accepts liability for any caregiver that our users employ. NMCC encourages care recipients and agencies seeking caregivers to use their best judgment and gain recommendations, references and background checks. Our organization is authorized to obtain criminal background checks.
